Every piece of jewelry is meticulously handmade to order. Once we begins to design, full refunds cannot be accommodated. Because we will provide design steps, 3D models, molds, and production videos for your confirmation.
If you would like to cancel order in produce, we just offer a 40% refund of your payment.
Or you can choose to change it to another item and we will only deduct part of the cost as a design fee.
Production can be paused at any stage upon request.
Please email us at panzhiye@luckystar-jewelry281.com and we will provide you with instructions to complete your refund.
If your package is lost in transit , we are unable to offer a full refund as we all confirm all design and production steps and our team did complete your piece and send it to the correct address you provided.
Based on the findings of the logistics company, we will determine why the package was lost and decide if the loss should be shared or borne by one party.
Warranty Commitment
Your trust is invaluable. Every purchase includes a 1.5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Repairs:
Defects arising from normal use within 1.5 years qualify for complimentary repairs.
Damage due to accidents, negligence, or improper care is not covered, though we offer affordable repair options.
